Description:  This is the eastbound local with two Soo Line engines that works along the line after Amtk8 passes our house on that which was once double track on the old Milwaukee Road! The double track is now single track CTC and the old CNW right of way is now a hike and bike/ snowmobile trail! I still see the CNW local from time to time and there are both BNSF and SOO/ CP coal trains! It is great to see Amtk7 and 8 go by at 79mph and there is talk of adding some extra passenger trains between Chicago, Milwaukee and Minneapolis/ St Paul! For me this is the perfect place for a retired train dispatcher to live!
